1979-2006   A Texas business supplying mechanical, electrical, HVAC, crane and fabrication services. Provided support to such prestigious companies as Mc Donald’s Corporation Franchisees, Moody-Rambin Interests, USF Freightways and many others. Hired by business owners to maintain air conditioning and heating systems, electrical systems, steel and stainless steel components. Constructed new steel components to rebuild or replace damaged and missing building needs. Examples include rooftop chiller supports, water piping for ventilation systems, pipe barriers, gratings, light poles, fixtures and numerous other devices. Many orders required the engineering for the repair to be my own design. Almost all constructions were preceded by written proposal, submitted to describe the scope, type and time factor for implementation. I have written hundreds of proposals. Contracts often involved the use of machinery both owned and rented. Constructions include installation, service and repair to indoor/outdoor lighting systems, many types of signage including neon.   Contracts involved steel constructions including piping and air conditioning systems through 10 ton capacity. Maintenance on various types of electrical switches and relays in high and low voltage, contactors, control circuit relays involved in HVAC, machinery sandblasting and coating, hydraulics involving TXXAS cranes and tractors.

The business was started in the late seventies as a welding rig owner/operator providing contract fabrication services for the construction of oil field equipment including heavy oil field drilling-mud tanks, equipment skids to 80 feet in length, crown blocks, spooling platforms, metal buildings and de-silting equipment, etc. from drawings.  The last years of oil field equipment construction were devoted to constructing precision guard casings for chain and v-belt enclosures from blueprints. For a time, we rebuilt and assembled sand & gravel processing equipment. Installed equipment to an aggregate processing site while directing a work crew of welder-fabricators in my employ.

Utilizing owned equipment, we have accumulated thousands of hours operating our cranes, concrete mixer, welding rig, acetylene cutting equipment, electrical tools, air conditioning equipment, sand blasting and crawler tractors. The vast majority of all contracts involved on-site service on the clients’ premises. Extreme care was taken in every contract to protect the client, his personnel and buildings from accident or damage.
